The “Vetri Hostel” at Arumugam Academy offers a safe, comfortable, and disciplined environment — a true home away from home.
- Spacious and hygienic living spaces.

- Dedicated residential teachers for academic support.
Parents are allowed to meet their children only on the scheduled visiting days given at the time of admission.
Hostel students must strictly follow all hostel rules. Discipline in study hours, mealtimes, and daily routines is mandatory.
Admission to the hostel is based on availability, with forms and details accessible at the school office during working days.
The hostel ensures not just comfort, but also structured guidance for academic excellence and character building.
🚌 School Bus/Van Transport
Arumugam Academy provides safe and reliable bus/van facilities to students across various routes.
Transport charges are collected term-wise in advance, along with school fees.
Parents must submit the transport application form during the first week of June to avail the service.
- Parents should ensure their children reach the pickup points on time.
- In case of unavoidable disruptions, parents must arrange alternate transport.
- Buses are also operated for special classes, depending on demand and routes.
Students must follow discipline in the vehicles. Parents are requested to instruct their wards about punctuality and orderly conduct during travel.

The school library, named in honour of the great Tamil poet and professor “Kavingar Sirpi Balasubramanian”, is a hub of knowledge and inspiration.
- A wide collection of books covering literature, science, history, arts, and competitive exams.
- Newspapers and periodicals to update students on current affairs.
- Open on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Silence must be maintained inside the library.
- Each student is allowed to borrow one book at a time for 7 days.
- Books must be returned on time; defaulters will be fined.
- Damaging or marking books is strictly prohibited.
- Personal belongings are not allowed inside the library.
The library encourages students to develop a love for reading, research skills, and independent learning.
